Return and Refund Policy

If your Rabbit purchase arrives defective, damaged, or not as described (including any error on our part), you may return it within 7 working days of receipt—provided you first notify our team via email (rabitkh91@gmail.com), WhatsApp (+92 300 9495020), or Instagram DM with details of the issue and your bank account information, and receive our confirmation before dispatching the item—ship it back via any carrier of your choice, and once we’ve received and inspected it in its original condition, we will process a refund to your bank account within a maximum of 30 working days. Returns sent without prior notification and confirmation will not be accepted.
